FAQs

  • IV Hydration is a therapy that delivers fluids, vitamins, and minerals directly into your bloodstream through an intravenous (IV) line. This method quickly rehydrates your body, replenishes essential nutrients, and can help improve energy levels, immune function, and overall well-being.

  • IV Hydration is beneficial for anyone needing rapid rehydration, nutrient replenishment, or recovery support. This includes athletes, individuals with dehydration, those recovering from illness or surgery, people experiencing hangovers, and anyone seeking to boost their energy and immune system.

  • One of our qualified healthcare professionals can perform IV therapy at your chosen location, whether that be your home, hotel, office, etc.

  • Generally, the immediate effects of IV hydration (such as feeling more energetic, improvement in symptoms like dizziness or fatigue) can be felt shortly after the infusion. These effects can be felt for days depending on your body's response to the therapy.

  • 30 minutes to an hour depending on the chosen IV cocktail

  • The initial insertion of the IV needle into your vein may cause a brief pinch or sting, similar to any needle insertion. However, this discomfort is usually minor and short-lived.

IV therapy itself should not be painful when administered properly. Our healthcare providers are trained to minimize discomfort and ensure the procedure is as comfortable as possible.

  • Certain medical conditions, such as severe congestive heart failure, severe kidney disease, or certain types of electrolyte imbalances, may require careful monitoring and adjustment of IV fluids. In some cases, IV therapy may not be recommended without careful evaluation by a healthcare provider.

  • Our vitamins and minerals for our IV cocktails are sourced from FDA approved 503B compounding pharmacies. California has stricter regulations to ensure patient safety, and all vendors are compliant with California Pharmacy regulations.

  • Before your first infusion, a nurse practitioner or physician assistant will evaluate you to ensure there are no contraindications to our IV services. Qualified medical personnel will then administer the IV treatment and monitor you throughout the infusion

In addition, we source our injectables from FDA approved pharmacies as well as follow USP 797 guidelines.

  • IV hydration is not covered by insurance. However you may use FSA/HSA.
