Booking your drip
-
1) Book your Drip
Pick one of our curated IV cocktails or start with basic hydration and add your preferred options to customize your drip.
IV hydration can be done at home, the office, a hotel, or any private place where you feel comfortable.
-
2) Consult
Before your first IV service and whenever your medical history changes, our providers (NP/PAs) will consult with you via telehealth to confirm your eligibility for IV hydration.
It is important for you to disclose all health info honestly and accurately.
-
3) While you wait
Watch for an email to complete your intake and consent forms. Filling these out before your appointment will help shorten your visit time.
*Please have a valid photo ID ready.
During your drip
-
Getting started
When your medical professional arrives, please guide them to the nearest handwashing station.
A medical professional will check your photo ID to confirm your identity, then take your blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature. After that, they will prepare your chosen IV hydration cocktail.
Tell our medical professional if you have any preferences for where you want the IV placed.
A tourniquet will be put on your arm to find a suitable vein. It might feel a bit tight but will be taken off after the IV is inserted.
During the IV insertion, you might feel a small poke. Afterward, we'll remove the tourniquet and flush the IV line with normal saline before starting your drip.
-
Relax and rehydrate
Your IV drip will last between 30 minutes to an hour, depending on the cocktail you choose.
You might feel a cooling sensation from the vitamin bag. Some people notice a metallic taste in their mouth due to certain vitamins. If you feel any discomfort, please inform our medical professional.
Please sit back, read a book, watch a show, and relax while you rehydrate and replenish.
-
Share it.
Our medical team may take photos or videos during your treatment. We follow HIPAA guidelines and will only include you in images with your permission.
